Q: What am I buying?
A: You are buying specially developed self adhesive neoprene rubber shims. Designed to correct a worn set of eyeglass frames so that they fight tightly on your head again.
Q: What are these made of?
A: The spacers are made of a special neoprene rubber with a self adhesive layer on them.
Q: Where do I attach these on my eyeglass frames?
A: The spacers attached on the frame itself right where the temples are mounted.

Q: How long will these stay stuck on my frames?
A: It depends on a number of factors. The adhesive is strong but will give out at some point, this is we give you ten spacers in a package. Things like heat, humidity, perspiration and handling will all have an impact on the longevity of the spacer. It is possible to install with a stronger adhesive – but we choose this level of adhesion for ease of installation.
Q: Are there any tools required for installation?
A: No. If you are fitting to a small frame you can trim the spacer with a normal pair of scissors.
Q: Will these cause any damage to my eyeglass frames?
A: The spacers do transfer some of the tension load to the temple joint of the frame. It is possible that after installation and wear that you will see an additional failure point on the frame. This is not indicative that the spacer caused the frame to fail, just that the frame itself has lived out its useful service life.
Q:Will these spacers work an different styles of frames?
A: Yes. You only need to have a flat surface for the spacer to adhere to and a similar surface for the spacer to compress.
Q: Will these work on metal frames:
A: No. These are not designed for use on metal framed eyeglasses.
Q: I am interested in buying more than ten at a time for my professional services organization – how do I got about order larger quantities.
